SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will usually begin processing within 48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and holidays. All in stock items are shipped within 7-10 business days. All items on back order or pre orders will ship as soon as they become available (usually within 14 days).
You will be emailed when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Shipping prices may vary.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All return items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
